Agricultural Engineer, Ph.D., from the University of Córdoba (2007). Since 1999, his professional career has been primarily developed within the Genetics Department at the University of Córdoba. During this period, he has contributed to the planning, development, and execution of various research projects focusing on different crops, with a particular emphasis on asparagus. His work has centered on the application of classical plant breeding techniques, complemented by biotechnological tools such as DNA molecular markers and flow cytometry. Over the course of his research career, he has made numerous contributions to conferences and scientific publications, as well as participating in the development of several commercial varieties. Since 2024, he has joined Phytoplant Research as part of the breeding and cultivation team.
