Carolina Corral Cobacho is an Agricultural Engineer from the Higher Technical School of Agricultural and Forest Engineers of the University of Córdoba. Master in quality, hygiene and food safety. Specialized in plant breeding and integrated crop production.

She worked as a technician in the Spanish Association of Conservation Agriculture, conducting agricultural research and trials monitoring. Later as an auditor and inspector ITEAF in Agri-food Cooperatives of Andalusia.

Since 2018 she has been part of the Phytoplant Research SL team, began as a technician in the operations department, and at the end of that same year she moved to the hybridization and cultivation department as head of research, designing the cultivation plans, ensuring technical control, as well such as the control of the application of phytosanitary products, climate management and control of irrigation systems.
